Detailed Job Description :- "• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation and Benefits.
• Worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant.
• Sound hands-on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and Personalization & Customizations and Workflow.
• Must have worked in client facing role and worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
• Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience.
• Needs to demonstrate good understanding of Business processes."
