Description
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with clients to understand their Talent Management requirements and translate them into effective solutions using the Oracle HCM Talent Module
• Configure and customize the Talent Module to align with the clients business processes, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
• Design and implement personalization strategies to tailor the Talent Module to the clients specific needs and enhance user engagement
• Develop and implement approval workflows to automate talent mgt
Technical Experience :
• Proven experience in implementing the Talent Module components, including Goal, Performance, Talent Review Meeting, Career Development, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Talent Module
• In-depth knowledge of Talent Management best practices and industry trends
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex Talent Management challenges
Professional Attributes :
• Strong expertise in personalization, approval workflow, and HCM security within the Oracle HCM Talent Module Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Talent Module Consultant or in a similar role
Educational Qualification :
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications is a plus Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent exp
