If you're still in college or on the verge of completing your degree and have a keen interest in Project Management, coupled with a knack for crafting engaging content and ability to handle various projects simultaneously, we invite you to anticipate your future career with our remote team. We are looking for a smart graduate who can excel in a multifaceted role, including content creation within the project management domain, ability to handle various projects simultaneously, including tasks related to Moodle, website development, and Wikipedia.
Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and edit captivating and informative content across multiple platforms, catering to diverse audiences and mediums, including blogs, articles, social media, and newsletters.
Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information, ensuring the quality of the content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of published content, using analytics tools to optimize and enhance future content strategies.
Some task examples include content writing, supporting the team in activities like managing badges for course participants, overseeing Moodle management, contributing to website development, collaborating closely with others to ensure a comprehensive Wiki entry for AIPMO, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of AIPMO content.
Duration:
If you are a student: This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, providing you with the opportunity to balance your academic commitments. Moreover, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position, depending upon your availability and choice, allowing for a seamless integration into your academic and professional journey.
Graduating in 2024: We would be delighted if you choose to continue your journey with us in a more comprehensive capacity (approximately 40-42 hours a week).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or with an anticipated graduation in 2024).
- Demonstrated interest in writing, with a willingness to learn and contribute to various projects.
- Strong communication skills to engage with team members effectively, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies and processes.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
