Responsibilities:
The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. Payroll module functional expertise and client interfacing skills are essential for this role.
Requirement:
· 4-8 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles and overall 8+ years of experience
· Should have at least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on Oracle Cloud Payroll. Knowledge on any other Oracle Cloud module would be a value add.
· Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution.
· Must have hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
· Experience in integrating Payroll with Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules).
· Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
· Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution.
Desired Skills/Good to Have:
· Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc. is preferred.
· Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
· Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
· Good command over spoken & written English.
· Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
· Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
· Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
