Title: Workday Payroll Functional Location: All LTIMindtree offices (Pan India) Notice Period:- 0-30 days Job description: Overall 5+ years of experience in leading payroll solutions Deep understanding of Core HCM BPs Expert in overall Hire to Retire process Expert in end to end Payroll processes and the related configurations Ability to build, test, validate Core HR and Payroll processes Deep understanding of Payroll integrations including both PICOF & PECI. Expert in creating & managing Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Model and custom organizations. Deep understanding of Domain security policies, Integration security and end-user security Able to configure new BPs, modify & enhance existing Business processes Expertise in custom and advance reporting Able to create custom business objects, calculated fields and load data to serve various business needs.
