AddressFinance Manager India (Manufacturing)
- A US based manufacturing client is looking to hire a Finance leader for its India operations. This leader will have managed a team(s) through significant growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate is expected to be based out of or willing to relocate to Pune.
- This role will lead financial planning, manage taxes, Contracts, and risk assessment and mitigation to ensure financial compliance and augment organizational growth.
- In addition, lead IT systems and development.
- This role requires strong people skills and the ability to assess talent, set goals, and hold people accountable for their projects/actions.
- In addition, this role demands bi-monthly local India travel and semi-annual travel to the US. This role will need to interface with an existing team that streamlines and establishes robust processes related to metal working, specifically machining, with new and existing supply chains, quote management, quality management, and logistics for metal parts and assy.
- The business unit will be measured based on profitability, operations geared towards efficiency, optimization, and Western quality standards.
- An ideal candidate would have experience in managing finance and leading people in finance as well as exposure to operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate should have a strong desire to take on an independent leadership position to further his or her career.
- The Candidate is expected to have managed international clients, especially in North America and Europe and should be able to develop strategic partnerships with vendors in India
