At AVDS, if we don’t have an opening for you, but we find you interesting, we’ll find a way to get you on board or work with you. We are always on the lookout for prodigious creative people. If you are an art director or copywriter, that’s great. But in addition to that, if you are many a talent rolled into one, you have piqued our interest for good. We like working with multi-talented, multi-faceted and multi-lingual creative people and we have an enviable mix of such talented folks already working here. Musicians, illustrators, data scientists, chartered accountants, automobile aficionados, travel buffs, sculptors, theatre artists, chefs, standup comedians, athletes, dog lovers, and entrepreneurs – all come together at AVDS to ignite great ideas that matter and the varied talents, experience, passions, and quirks help create real magic day after day. And while doing all this, we choose to be happy and have a lot of fun. We give our approach and our interactions with clients a human touch. We fight for our ideas yet take out time to smell the roses. And we make an extra effort to ensure that our place always has the soul of a startup. We are always on a lookout for talent that not only strives to be the best but also does not mind failing in an attempt to become one. What we are interested in is a ‘solution’ attitude coupled with great skills. Also, deadlines and quality are sacrosanct for us.
