Executive Assistant To Legal Head

Consider candidates with prior experience in legal consultancy, large corporations, or IT companies, as they may have the relevant skills and background for the role of Executive Assistant to Legal Head.

Expereince : 2-9 Years and CTC offered : 11 LPA  Education Background : LLB OR Graduation In Law 

1.Manage complex and busy calendar and provide cross-time-zone schedule coordination.
2. Coordinate and manage travel.
3. Set up team meeting project based and also team meeting with Legal Head.
4. Project Coordination and collating in proper formats the team reporting for Legal team assessment.
5. Strengths are exellent followup, coordination and proper drafting / documentation of MIS , MoM to management, Visa coordination.
6. Hands on in handling Administration and facility management too for office and also for Legal Head
