A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.Our Digital Learning team supports internal leaders by developing and implementing targeted learning materials. As part of the team, you’ll help develop Digital Learning materials, multimedia classes and other interactive products that play an important role in the education of our people.

Activities to be performed :
Write long/short-form content on various companies, industries and sectors
Write and edit analysts’ reports, sector and company analysis, with a clear understanding of market dynamics, company performance metrics, peerset comparison
Quality check of content to ensure consistency, free of grammatical and factual errors and complies with brand guidelines
Work on developing business cases, company analysis, insights reports, qualification documents, case studies, whitepapers, thought leaderships, professional network articles, etc.
Communicate with members of the territory engagement teams on a day-to-day basis
Independently manage engagements, ensuring that work gets completed within the expected timelines and as per defined quality standards.
Level of experience: 4-6 years and above experience as core research writer, editor of company/sector analysis reports or due diligence documents
Education/Qualifications : Graduate and above in Arts
(Preferably Masters in English/Communicative English/Mass Communication)
Knowledge of tools: MS office suite and G Suite
Industry experience:
Familiarity with business terminologies and added advantage for professionals who have prior work experience with research and consulting firms, core business publications, etc.
Familiarity with various publications, including web-based publication requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to multitask and take on new initiatives
Creativity and a keen eye for details
Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, stay updated with the dynamic macro-economy and industry trends, flexibility to adapt to new situations.
