You'll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Activities to be performed:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts, data analysts and software engineers.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Design user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets.
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how our platform functions and looks.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts, low fidelity and high fidelity concepts to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to, and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research.
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Perform user and ethnographic research.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
  • Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
  • Advocate research findings to our teams and stakeholders through written and oral presentations.
  • Mentor and coach junior UX professionals on the team.
  • Perform usability studies with our users.
  • Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
  • Experienced with a diverse set of design and wireframing tools including Sketch, Figma, Zeplin and Axure.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in UX Research and Design or equivalent.
  • 4-6 Years of relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin and Axure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Specially Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Sheet and Google Drawing objects)
  • Proven track record with relevant experience in UX design, showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough user research, usability studies, and interpret data to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Ability to work as reviewer - (Good to have)
  • A comprehensive portfolio that highlights a range of professional design projects, emphasizing successful contributions to creating intuitive, accessible, and seamless user interfaces.
  • Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new design technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.

Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, to present design concepts, rationale, and findings to diverse stakeholders.
