Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing internal and external communication needs. Examples include:

  • Working across the Trust Solutions communications team to develop, execute and support integrated communications on behalf of the Trust Solutions business and leadership.
  • Focusing on achieving business objectives through story-mining, message development, proactive media outreach, writing and editing; effectively using multiple channels with impact to internal and external audiences;
  • Using technology and tools that enable innovative communications, such as Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other technologies.
  • Leveraging data analysis (survey data, comms metrics) to pull insights to understand the impact our of campaigns and adapt our go-forward approach accordingly;
  • Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through simplification, tech-enabling and leveraging industry-leading practices;
  • Using business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to operate with an agile mindset, including managing multiple projects with various stakeholders, day-to-day operations and multi-tasking;
  • Building and maintaining relationships within a matrixed organization with key stakeholders.
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through;
  • Collaborating effectively with leaders at all levels on strategic priorities and projects as well as counterparts across in Communications, Marketing, Brand and other enabling functions; and,
Demonstrating experience in communications in a fast-paced business and/or agency environment.
