Working in multiple disciplines of data management and reporting
ranging from data aggregation and structuring to data modelling and
visualization to generate relevant insights.
Job Description
Main purpose of the job and
key background information
Activities to be performed :
Creation of high end and complex BI dashboards in
Power BI and Tableau with backend data layering in
Alteryx and SQL database
Using Alteryx extensively for creation of customised and
complex data ETL workflows
Working with SQL Server 2005/2008 R2/2012 tools
Such as Management Studio, Query Analyzer, SQL
Profiler, SQL Agent, SSIS and SSRS.
Extract Transform Load ETL development using SQL
Server 2005
Developing complex queries using sub queries and
multiple joins.
Data comprehension and processing of reports, data input in the
reports based on agreed delivery schedule
Aggregation of data from different sources and representation
based on client requirements
Creation of customised dashboards and leadership reports
Coordination and communication with the client teams
Tracking of work request delivery to the clients/requestors
Review of deliverables for data accuracy, representation and
formatting
Maintenance of process documents, checklists and error logs
Documentation/design of processes and design of review
checklists
Developing and updating training materials and documents
Conduct training of processes as and when required

SQL Server Enterprise Manager, Transact-SQL T-SQL , MS
SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS
Ability to analyse and anticipate client requests, interpret asks and
act according to expectations
Excellent reasoning and analytical ability
Capable of designing new approaches which enhance quality and
productivity
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a
team
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and constantly reprioritize

Education/qualifications:
B.Com/ M.Com/B Tech/M Tech/ M Sc (Maths/ Stats) or equivalent
from a premier institute
Must have 3-4 years of on the job experience of working in
Insights/ Data Visualisation/ ETL profile
