Payroll Manager_Navi Mumbai - UK shift (Afternoon shift)
Designation: Associate Process Manager
Profile:- Payroll
Shift timing: 12 to 9 pm (UK Shift-Afternoon shift)
Location: Navi Mumbai-Airoli
Working days - 5 Days - WFO
Role & Responsibilities:
- Processing of payroll inputs using the payroll vendor template(s) and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles
- Develop reports which ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of the payroll process to the time reporting process;
- Ensure compliance with Fair Labor Standards, other applicable regulations and internal company policies;
- Ensuring month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll returns are complete, accurate and submitted to Government agencies, in a timely manner
- Prepare and present reports to management upon request;
- Ensure all employee queries on Payroll and stat compliance are resolved on time
- Coordinate bank related transmissions and direct deposits to employee accounts;
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide communication support;
- Assist internal and external audit request as related to payroll records;
- Reviews computed wages on preview and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings. Ensure that all changes to payroll are processed correctly;
- Work with HR to maintain accurate payroll records and employee data records, including vacation/sick accruals;
- Ensure payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner, on both the odd and even pay cycles;
Leave and attendance management : Will also be responsible for below activities :
- Update yearly Holiday calendar
- Ensure comp offs are correctly generated for all employees
- Audit data for leave and attendance input for Payroll processing and FNF calculations
- Resolve employee queries on leave and attendance
- Audit and Send reports to stake holders including holiday pay out report to the Payroll team
Requirements:

- Any Degree with 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Experience in a large company with complex Payroll processes;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and provides strong communication skills;
- Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel including pivot tables / VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of audit controls and procedures.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of HRIS/Payroll systems
- Understanding of federal and state regulations related to salaries, wages, taxes, benefits, and other -payroll-related matters
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management;
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;
