- Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand unique cultural nuances and adapt HR strategies accordingly.
- Global Reporting: Report directly to the Global CHRO, providing insights, updates, and recommendations for the Middle East & Africa region. Talent Management: Implement robust talent management strategies, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement through effective HR programs and initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in each country within the region. Change Management: Proactively manage and support organizational change, driving successful change management initiatives.
- Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large, multinational organization. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory Strong understanding of regional employment laws and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
