Job description
Lead and manage automation projects starting from requirement gathering, analysis till production deployment and support of the projects by identifying and recommending the best technical solution(s) for process optimization/automation.Work directly with various stake holders/clients by managing and handling meetings/calls from different countries/regions and prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) by capturing the business requirements.Collaborate with IT (development team members) to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions with the aim of implementing best practices and easy re-usability of codes/bots.Develop and manage project plans that includes resource allocations, tracking progress, risk assessments, escalations, etc.Lead and handle automation awareness workshops across different functions/regions and mentor team members from both technical and non-technical perspective.Request
Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or related field.Min. 8+ years of professional experience in related position. 3+ years of developer experience is an added advantage.Should have managed at least a team of 10 members.Ability to work with internal users on different levels of the organization.Basic python knowledge is a must.Advance knowledge in PowerApps and Power automate is must.Very good communication skills.Effective prioritization and multi-tasking. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Experience with Agile development methodology.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.Team player
