Position Title: Head of Sales - Oracle Fusion Implementation and Services
Location: Chennai, India
About the Company: dotSolved a leading provider of Oracle Fusion implementation and services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. With a solid track record in selling Fusion services both domestically and internationally, we are poised to expand our presence in key markets such as the USA, UK, EU, APAC, MEA, and India. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and foster strategic relationships with clients and Oracle sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed targets for Oracle Fusion implementation and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets in the USA, UK, EU, APAC, MEA, and India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle sales teams in target regions to identify and pursue collaborative opportunities.
- Identify prospective clients, conduct market research, and formulate effective business development strategies.
- Actively engage with large multinational corporations in India to promote our Oracle Fusion services.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as delivery, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our offerings and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion services.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Oracle Fusion services in India and overseas markets, particularly in the MEA and APAC regions.
- Strong network and existing relationships with Oracle sales teams in target markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for business development activities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
