Job Description : Sales Director (Retail Tech and Solutions)
- WovVTech is looking for Sales champions across various experience levels who will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans to sell WovVTech's Products and Technology Services. Looking for go-getters with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience track of target achievements in SaaS based product sales and Cloud based Software Solutions Services in International and Domestic Market.
Location : Permanent WFH/Remote/Chennai/Mumbai/Vadodara
Experience : 10+ years
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Applying in-depth understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs within businesses
- Understanding customer pain points; identifying solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers
- Creating and presenting proposals to stakeholders; providing thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives; determining the customers' capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our types of services; communicating how our services align with their strategic needs
- Meeting and/or exceeding an assigned sales target
- Assuring customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; soliciting/identifying additional business and solving problems
Requirements :
- 10+ years' experience in consultative selling specific to technology solutions, Retail Tech and Solutions, to mid-market companies; strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas and developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
- An ability to take a holistic and strategic approach to the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales
- Demonstrable effective communication skills
- Technical proficiency; data and sales technology literacy; experience utilizing sales intelligence and CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
