We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruitment Director with a proven track record in hiring from premier campuses in India. You will be responsible for leading and executing our Campus Recruitment strategy, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and attracting and hiring top talent for our diverse and dynamic teams.
As a Campus Recruitment Director, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Campus Recruitment plan that aligns with our business goals, talent needs, and employer brand
- Manage and oversee the Campus Recruitment team, budget, and operations
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with premier academic institutions, faculty, alumni, and student organizations
- Design and deliver innovative and impactful campus events, programs, and initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and opportunities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end campus hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management
- Monitor and evaluate the Campus Recruitment metrics, feedback, and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations related to Campus Recruitment
- Stay updated on the latest Campus Recruitment best practices, market intelligence, and industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree from a premier institution in a relevant field
- At least 15+ years of experience in Campus Recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
