Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to enhance organic and paid search visibility. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow the brand's social media following. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Content Strategy: Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring it aligns with SEO strategy and resonates with the target audience. Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to enhance website user experience, speed, and functionality, optimizing for conversions. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Digital Marketing team members, ensuring their professional growth and performance. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure Digital Marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations.
