Digital Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Digital Marketing manager for a fast-growing brand retail footprint in the building construction industry. We have a state-of-the-art factory in Bommasandra and are building a large direct B-B & B-B-C sales team. The promoter has been one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India in the current millennium.
Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns to our target audience in our focus markets.Optimize our Digital Marketing campaigns across all digital channels.Online and offline Generation of leads/enquiries using various Digital Marketing toolsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing contentDesign, build and maintain our social media presence.Develop and manage website contentUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications4+ years of marketing experienceContent creation skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSuperb leadership abilityHaving a systematic and logical approach to problem-solvingProven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentA Management degree
