Digital Marketing Manager

Cizzara Film Studios is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager at Cizzara Film Studios, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing campaigns that promote our artists, music releases, on-going projects, client requirements as well as inhouse requirements. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately generate revenue. Join our team at Cizzara Film Studio as a Social Media Manager and be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. As a Social Media Manager, you will be in charge of creating and curating content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing social media metrics to drive engagement and growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset to develop engaging and shareable content.

• Develop and implement Digital Marketing campaigns to promote our artists, music releases, and events
• Create and manage content calendars across various digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and website
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Digital Marketing tools and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
• Identify and develop partnerships with influencers and other relevant industry contacts
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media
• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Manage social media accounts and regularly update content
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to enhance strategies
• Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance
• Engage with the audience and respond to comments and inquiries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with social media management tools, Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns
• Experience in content creation and curation, Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to track and analyze social media metrics
