AddressJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance-based Google Campaigns:
o Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based Google campaigns for our E-commerce brand.
o Manage Monthly budgets exceeding 50 lacs, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs.
o Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results.
o Prior experience in managing Performance max campaigns along with shopping campaigns.
Website Marketing Initiatives:
o Lead marketing initiatives on the website, collaborating closely with the tech agency.
o Identify opportunities for website enhancements that align with marketing goals.
o Coordinate the implementation of new features, improvements, and landing pages.
o Ensure seamless user experience and efficient conversion funnels.
First-Party Data Utilization:
o Leverage first-party data to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
o Create personalized and relevant marketing strategies on platforms such as MoEngage, SMS, and WhatsApp.
o Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
o Continuously analyze campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall brand objectives.
o Collaborate with the tech agency to implement tracking solutions and ensure accurate data collection.
o Liaise with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing materials.
o Identify newer ways of generating business from DTC website
o Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Moengage, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
