Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent stakeholder management skills to join our client's team as a Lead Talent at the DGM/GM level. The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading Leadership Hiring initiatives across corporate functions across all group companies.
Responsibilities :
1) Collaborate with senior leadership to co-create talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
2) Manage the end-to-end Leadership Hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, in coordination with group level offices.
3) Develop and enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent, and occasionally engage in campus recruitment activities.
4) Partner with key stakeholders in manpower planning and budgeting exercises to ensure the availability of the right talent pipeline.
5) Conduct proactive market mapping to identify potential hires and maintain a robust talent pool, aiming to fulfill 30-40 leadership positions annually.
6) Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
An ideal candidate should have the following :
1) 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Leadership Hiring in the manufacturing industry.
2) Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership roles
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
