Leadership Role - HR Practice - Talent Acquisition


Job Description:
Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with relevant consulting, solutions, and delivery experience with a sound knowledge of end-to-end Hire to Retire process.
Expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player. Prior HRO Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience will be preferred. Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise & consult clients on future state organization design and target operating model
- Lead key strategic initiatives, driving Transformation, process reengineering to increase process effectiveness and efficiency and reducing cost of HR operations
- Provide end to end process expertise input to the process team's (BI) during global design preparation & localization workshops
- Participate in the global & localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processes
- Drive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles
- Provide input into the technology enablement and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps
- Provide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmonization
- Participate in global design authority discussions and provide input to any service delivery components
- Participate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creation
- Lead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIs
- Ideate, test, and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of 'Client' business value
- Provide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teams
- Design customized HRO solutions & lead client workshops - solution presentation and solution orals
- Extensive experience working across multiple 3rd party vendors/suppliers/carriers
- Creating end to end HRO outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants and leverage digital to create a compelling solution working along with multiple stakeholders.
- Work closely with transitions and Change management teams to ensure smooth transition of HRO processes/activities to Accenture.
- Program lead and project manage HRO Consulting projects align resources for the project and ensure successful delivery and outcomes of the project.
- Support/work with diverse, multi-cultural global teams to create HRO solutions for clients.
- Lead Hypercare and other Governance meetings for respective domains
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Human Resources (Preferably master's in human resources)
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in International HRO consulting, solution, and delivery
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Global exposure know-how of different cultures
- End to End knowledge of HR function
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult client interactions
- Travel readiness and flexibility to work in different time zones
