We are looking for an Operations Manager - KRM to help us to continue building & managing our digital products. Our landscape is quite interesting and large scale, punctuated with key technology areas such as IoT, Cloud, machine learning, big data, artificial intelligence etc., to name a few. We will continue to expand our product portfolio at scale. Main responsibilities
- Obtain functional and technical expertise of the KONE Remote Monitoring (KRM) application.
- Lead and prioritize the Application/Production Support team that cater to a complicated Cloud and on-Prem application ecosystem.
- Manage Vendor, Business, Front Line and Tribe stakeholders for issue investigation and resolution.
- Manage and Own the Problem and Incident Management Process and related SLA compliance.
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.
- Strong experience in Operations Management for Infrastructure and Network which include Servers, Databases, Storage, VM clusters, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, RHEL), Load balancers, etc.
- Provide technical leadership to team members.
- Maintain and improve application monitoring.
- Provide input to the Change and Release Management process for implementation, backup, and roll-back plans.
- Ensure robust procedures and processes within the application support function.
- Work closely with Operations Lead for Service Improvement actions, such as service status reporting, and continuous development of agile and DevOps way of working
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- University degree in Information technology, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum professional experience 8+ years and proven experience in managing support teams
- Expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- On-premise Server/client & Cloud-based infrastructure and middle-ware systems Azure environments
- M2M (Machine-2-Machine) and IoT remote devices, including connectivity technologies (PSTN, 3G, 4G etc.)
- Infrastructure and network investigation and troubleshooting capabilities
- Java, SQL, ActiveMQ, Enterprise Bus technologies
- Functional Knowledge Telecom
- Monitoring Enablement knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder’s communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in working with virtual teams
- Fluency in English
- Experience and knowledge on working in a Lean & Agile team
