About the role
Job Description Summary
Experienced professional in Data and Analytic Methods who works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on Sustainability Efforts of Carrier. Leads in the collection of data across processes and products in scientific and mathematical principles. Leads in the preparation of datasets and communicates results to multiple teams within department.
Job Description:
- Gather & Consolidation of product data from various sources and stakeholders.
- Perform basic energy and emission calculations using python/excel.
- Create and maintain documentation for emissions calculations.
- Analyse product and emission data for anomalies, patterns.
Skills:
- HVAC/R domain knowledge
- Advanced skills in Excel and VBA. Power BI preferred.
- Solid understanding of HVAC product life cycle is a plus
- Python & basic data analysis skills are a plus
- Knowledge of any cloud platform and SQL is a plus
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for data processes, pipelines, and data models.
- Collaborate with other data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Participates in designing experiments, preparing hypotheses to be tested, and developing models.
- May conduct data analysis and design algorithms.
- May communicate with team to identify business requirements and expected oCarrierome.
- Develops suggestions of products for clients by working with business analysts.
- Participates in selecting relevant sources of information through suggestions of subject matter experts.
- Participates in identifying client analytics problems and developing solutions to achieve results.
- May perform experimental design approaches to validate findings.
- Identifies appropriate algorithms to discover patterns.
- Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area.
Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
