Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition - Analytics /AI/Data engineering Hiring
Role Description:
Will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, workforce planning, and global Talent Acquisition.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or HR required, along with 4+ years of progressive recruitment leadership experience with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition, with at least preferably in a fast-paced global business services/technology company. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
