R&D Engineer- Embedded data analytics

You will be working as R&D Engineer- Embedded data analytics and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Hyderabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Team Lead and will be responsible for working on world class products in energy management, UPS, motor control, switchgear and equipment protection etc.

Your responsibilities

• Understanding product requirements and derive technical requirements
• Interacting with product management to understand predictive requirements
• Identifying controlled and natural parameters which effects life of product
• Developing algorithm models for life estimation of the products. Developing test plan to generate data to validate developed models
• Generating and protecting IP (Intellectual property)
• Participating in design reviews and provide suggestions for improving the accuracy of models

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from reputed colleges
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electronics product design and development
• Experience on developing predictive models in MATLAB, experience in probability and statistics
• Experience on developing AI/ML algorithms and predictive analytics
• Experience on Python, Embedded C/C++ programming languages
• Candidate must have experience on electrical and mechanical products (UPS, Motors, Circuit Breakers, etc.)
