Job Description Manager - Sales and Marketing
  • Sales
    Responsible fot overall Sales target achievement in Karnataka,Kerala,Andhra and online sales.
    To prepare annual sales plan
    Customer relationship with high volume printers across South India
  • Marketing
    Sales pipeline mgt
    Marketing collaterals like brouchure, e commerce website, Swatch books,etc.,
    Customer database
    Participation in exhibitions - planning, participating and post exhibition activities
    sales training collaterals
    Online sales
    provide leadership to online sales team and to grow organically online sales
  • Sales team Management
    Joint visits to all high volume customers with sales team member
    Product training to sales team
    OEM relationship mgt
    To maintain excellent relationships with OEM sales, media and service team
    To reconcile customer database with OEM managers
  • Sourcing
To develop vendors for productsProduct portfolio enrichment
continuous enrichment of product portfolio based on market and OEM visits and information

Inventory planning and management
To operate within inventory norms for no of days and ageing of stocks
Receivables mgt
To operate within planned receivable norms
KYC for customers
Credit assessment of new customers
Profitability -Responsible for gross profit margin and gross profit volume
Qualification
minimum 5 years experience in B2B selling and at aleast 2 to 3 years in sales team mgt
A committed sales professional
Excellent written, oral communication in english
Knowing multiple south indian languages will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills
A good career track record
