As the Head of Marketing at Coincrowd, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. You will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, overseeing all aspects of marketing including digital marketing, branding, content creation, public relations, and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance Coincrowd's market presence and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to attract and retain customers.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive press coverage and PR opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant online community of users and enthusiasts through active engagement, community events, and social media interaction.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 12+ years in a leadership role in marketing; preferably within the finance, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
