Location: Adalaj, Ahmedabad (On-site Position)
Responsibilities:
Brand Development/ Market Research:
Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
Brand Identity/ Brand Messaging:
Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all touchpoints. Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual and messaging elements align with brand standards.
Collaboration and Alignment:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product. development, and communication, to ensure brand alignment in all initiatives.
Brand Activation/ Measurement:
Develop and implement brand activation strategies, including campaigns and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to strengthen brand presence.
Media Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch and secure media coverage for company news, product launches, and thought leadership.
Content Creation/ Event Management:
Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other written materials to convey key messages and maintain a positive public image.Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and product launches to generate media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business,Public Relations or a related field.
Proven experience of 5+ Years in brand strategy, management, advertising, PR activities or a related role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Previous experience in Beauty & Wellness background is preferred.
Familiarity with digital PR strategies and social media.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
Decision making & Strategic Planning.
