- Owns FSCP cycle (Financial statement closure process)
- Recognize and solve bottlenecks in finance ops processes
- Prepares MIS and draws insights from MIS that will help business heads with actionable
- Own and complete Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit on time as per company law
- Leads the due diligence exercise.
- Work across teams - Collaborative / Communicative / Understand others' viewpoints and pursue them, work with other teams to deliver outcomes.
- Attention to detail - accurate MIS, doesn't let anything slip and doesn't miss small things, ensures completeness
- Analytical and build models - Ability to design and model MIS in line with business structure
- Simplify things - Ability to interpret complex contracts and identify accounting treatment in line with GAAP including tax impacts
- Capabilities - Hands-on experience in accounting & recording transactions.
- Efficient- Ability to produce significant output with minimal wasted efforts
- Adaptable - Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. Copes efficiently with complexities
