• Driving Business Plan and Monthly Forecasts exercise for the company based on ; Align Facilitate strategy formulation by providing business insights from operational & financial data analysis, market analysis and trend analysis.
• Share key insights, risks and opportunities with Management.
• Being a business partner to Sales Team while Pricing Deals and RFP submissions.
• Tracking margins of ongoing projects
• Closely work with the resources managers on demand planning and resources allocation with the objective to maximize revenue.
• Perform ad-hoc Financial Analysis and Business Analytics based on Management requirement.
• Drive Business Transformation by streamlining Business Processes to optimize performance.
• Assisting Internal sales and delivery teams in area related to financial domain such as RFP Submission, Contract Negotiation, SO, Project creation, Term Sheets, Gross Margins,
• Managing Invoicing, Collections, AR reporting, Unbilled revenue controls, Monthly closure, Variance analysis and reflection accurately for timely decision making

• Qualified Chartered Accountant OR
• Fulltime MBA Finance from a premium institute.

• Incumbent MUST HAVE 6-8 years of POST-QUALIFICATION experienece relevant to the job description.
