Role : Business Founder Legal side- Line of Business
Location (3 Positions, 1 in each location below)
1. India, Bangalore
2. Singapore
3. United States
Mission:
To incubate and build a $100Mn+ annual revenue, AI first services business that offers services to General Counsels of large and medium companies in SG / US / IN. This service addresses an urgent pain point for the GC that remains unsolved in the Industry but can now be addressed through a combination of AI, technology and access to highly skilled, remote talent.
1. Legal Due Diligence for M&A or Equity Investments of small to medium companies for Investors and Companies
2. Personal Account Dealing Compliance for Employees
Key Outcomes :
Disciplined Approach:
- Lead an idea from concept to launch within 12 months, ensuring the service meets the identified needs of our beachhead market.
Early Adopters:
- Sign up 3 - 5 early adopters within 6 months of getting started, to co-build the service definition and stack.
Product Market Fit:
- Utilize customer feedback to iterate on the service design, ensuring a minimum viable service (MVP) that fits market needs with a clear value proposition.
Business Model :
Design a business model by capturing the value that the service creates for the customers by clearly defining two key metrics Lifetime Value of an Acquired Customer (LTV) and Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA) by the end of Co-Design phase.
High Margin Business:
- Build a clear Line of sight to a high margin, profitable business.
Co build:
- Collaborate well with a founding team of one legal domain expert and a AI/Tech expert.

Business Modelling and Forecasting:
To ensure the idea's financial health and viability.
- Ability to develop viable business models that allows the service business to generate revenue and scale.
- Ability to use quantitative analysis to make informed decisions, particularly in understanding market size and growth potential.
Advisory and Solutioning Mindset:
- They have enough heft to sign up mid-market clients within 3-6 months.
- Operate with understanding that they are selling their own individual capabilities before selling a specific service
- Drive conversations with potential customers by formulating open ended questions to surface pain points and co-create solutions with them
Ideal Candidates:
- Ideally an ex-management consultant. Can be a generalist founder with a non-legal background.
- Must have worked in a Startup with a Tech and entrepreneur DNA or launched new initiatives in larger companies.
- Must have - Gravitas built from being a Founder or spent some years in consulting/new service development to surface pain points and co-design new offerings with early adopter customers Technology, and/or product skills is bonus.
Ex-Founder is a plus
Interest in building Legal Services is a plus.
