1. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
2. Working on conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
3. Working on observing, communicating, negotiating, and carrying out sales processes
4. Working on understanding the needs and requirements of the clients
5. Working on regular communication with potential clients along with the ability to retain current clients
6. Creating proposals and presentations according to customers' needs and requirements
7. Working on implementing email marketing techniques and improving the sales process
8. Working on customer retention and database management
9. Working on engaging in communication with potential clients via social media and generating leads on a daily basis with the aim of closing sales
