Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. They will develop and execute strategies to maximize the company's growth potential and identify potential challenges and provide solutions that can. enhance business operations. The Business Development Manager will manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential business opportunities for jewelry products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to drive productivity and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and success in international markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and foster business relationships.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to travel internationally as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus,
