Address- Works with the department head to assess the site development processes, to identify improvement opportunities and to customise processed based on the needs.
- Ensures best location/best value for all Real Estate acquisitions
- Assists in implementing the PMO process within development and contributes to the vision plan for the region.
- Assists in managing departmental budget.
- Manages personal G&A expenditures elative to budget.
- Maximise all Business Development opportunities within the geography - retail expansion, upcoming developments for retail / brand development .
- Improving store profitability, viability leading to business continuity & positively impacting the Regional P&L - thru rental reduction, store relocation, resizing, co-location, innovative deal structuring etc.
- Experience and strong interest in Real Estate development and finance.
- Commercial Real Estate experience.
- Good know how on MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication & presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office
- Role involves travel.
