AddressRole & Responsibilities:
You will work with eSunScope Solar Private Limited in the capacity of Business Development Manager. Your role & responsibilities will be as follows:
· You will be a part of the company’s GoSolar campaign initiative in India. The objective of the initiative is to create awareness about distributed Solar programs, benefits of solar adoption and the process and procedures of Solar adoption,
· Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services,
· Generate leads and meet with customers/clients,
· Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business,
· Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to create the brand value and pool of satisfied customers
· Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
· Plan promotional strategy and activities for marketing,
· Liasoning with the finance, government, agencies, associations etc. as appropriate in your areas of influence
· Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate to develop the market
· Keep abreast of trends, market developments in the renewable energy,
· Help to plan sales campaign & build a sales pipeline
· Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management,
· This job posting may require traveling & also relocation. It is expected from you to keep management apprised in case you are unable to relocate.
· Develop the sales P&L, targets and develop the team accordingly in areas of influence

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
