Requirements :
At least 3 years of work experience as a Business Development Representative, or in a similar role.
B2B SaaS sales experience desired. Preferred Knowledge in Cloud Computing and Cloud Technology.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
Excellent time management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities (what you will do):
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls , emails and social media referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success, consultative selling approach, and hail from a SaaS company. You will need to be a great listener, strong communicator, as well as a curious and creative problem solver.
Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling, emailing and social media
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
Keep prospect account records up to date in CRM database
Assist team in the continuous optimization of processes, data capture, and revenue forecasting & reporting.
Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions.
Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional services/ solutions from the portfolio.
Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer success and account growth.
