We are looking for Tele callers to join our organization, the ideal candidate will be in training period for 10 days and then they will be posted in the concern department.
During training period they'll be getting half of the salary, and laptops, mobile phones, sim card will be provided by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The candidate must have good communication both in English and Tamil.
2. Need to Analyst the calls, and then forward the call to the concern department.
3. Build and Maintain a positive relationship with the clients.
4. Keep a good record of the call details and maintain it.
5. Follow up with the client on a regular basis.
6. Identify the client need and provide the details of the right product.
7. Stay updated with the market trends and products.
Requirement:
1. Graduate required
2. Freshers and Experienced can apply
3. Good communication skill
4. Basic knowledge with computer
We are looking for immediate joiners.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
