Responsibilities:

- valuable partnerships. - Focus on increasing the value of current customers while actively attracting new ones. - Identify and develop new markets to enhance sales and market penetration. - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and represent our company. - Develop comprehensive quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific requirements. - Set goals for the development team and ensure they are aligned with business growth
- objectives. - Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration opportunities. - Train personnel and help the team develop their skills to optimize Business Development efforts. Requirements:
- - Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 2 to 7 years of
- relevant experience. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and
- stakeholders. - Strong multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Adaptability to changing market dynamics and business requirements. - Effective delegation and leadership skills to guide and motivate the development team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for efficient
- documentation and reporting. - Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages for effective communication with clients and
- colleagues. - Immediate joining would be preferable. Qualifications:
- Any undergraduate (UG) degree or postgraduate (PG) degree.
