Business Development Executive

Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executives to support our growing team.

• Candidate should have strong attitude, patience, diligence & perseverance.
• Skills – Ability to have pleasant conversations with customers in English & Hindi (preferable), Computer skills, good written English & ability to convince customers
• Role – Guide customers of Magic Crate in purchases, provide product information to customer & help with product sales, process orders, help track status & provide updates to customers, assist with order processing

Education & Qualification:  

• 2-4 years experienced graduate with strong verbal & written skills
• Experience with International Call Centres / Sales or Support voice process
• Ability to have a conversation with a customer in English or regional language
• Ability to convince customer, handle objections, close sales

Salary would be 15-20K + sales incentives (upto 10K). 

Location - T Nagar, Chennai.

Working time: 9:30 - 6:30 pm; alternate Saturday working
