Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive at Teaniru Teas will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the wellness industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Business Development strategies with brand initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and values.
- Represent Teaniru Teas at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to inform future growth strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
