Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development - Demat And Trading Account. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial market, specifically Demat and Trading accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the financial industry
- Deep understanding of Demat and Trading accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Demat and Trading account business
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Educate clients about the benefits of Demat and Trading accounts and convert leads into sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide timely and accurate reports on Business Development activities
