We are looking to hire a Brand Manager to work with a FMCG MNC at Bangalore location.
This is an interim role and initially will on contract for 6 month and further extendable or can be permanent also.

Short Description of Assignment:
1. Products, price points and packaging formats evolving. Keeping pace with the evolving industry dynamics, beverages division have also expanded into newer categories (Smoothies, Coconut Water, Juices with Bits), newer price points (Rs 99, Rs 69, Rs 10) and newer portion size as well (300Ml).
2. Brand work on innovations for future continues, along with a sharper understanding of the ever-evolving needs / expectations of the consumer. Multiple product ideas, concepts, and products are being developed and tested with consumers.
Objective of the Assignment:
- The work would involve gleaning consumer insights, development and testing of concepts with consumers, product development (in close liaison with product development and operations team), packaging development, and the final communication mix.
Background and Contextual Information pertaining to the project:
- This will act as a basis for new product innovations for the brand.
Deliverables/outputs: Timely completion of the above projects
Skills Required: Well versed with innovations in FMCG industry.
