1. Creative communication:
Conceptualize and manage creative communication incl. creative collateral and asset creation liaising with the graphics team
Work with, content writers to ensure brand communication, advertising copies, etc. are as per brand standards and in brand tonality
2. Website management:
Own customer experience on the website.
Manage and upload content, creatives on the website backend (Shopify)
List new products, co-ordinate with tech team to get new features developed
Run regular hygiene checks on the website and ensure smooth functioning
3. Drive Revenue
Drive product and category revenue through new initiatives, ad concepts, influencers, etc.
4. Promotions and offers :
Benchmark competitors and other relevant brands in category and other allied categories to identify best in class practices for website, offers, promotions and creative communication
Design and structure right offers, monitor performance and make changes as per data
5. Skills and Competencies :
Strong bias to action
Agility and ability to take decisions/course correct fast
Strong verbal and written communication
Understanding of advertising and marketing campaigns
Understanding of creative communication, design and visual aesthetics
Proficiency in English
Website content management experience will be a plus
Relationship management with all key internal stakeholders and external agencies

Experience with working on Shopify will be a plus
