Build Wealth Management Business in the Region through Relationship Managers
Has to handle AUM of 1000 cr to 1500 cr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Branch and Relationship Managers towards achieving wealth management targets of the region
- Ensure Cross-sell of Wealth Management products on entire Affluent client base of the bank.
- Subject Matter Expert - Ensure self-positioning as a subject matter expert amongst Branch Managers and relationship managers
- Imbibe the concept of leadership through influence and ensure positivity at all times with all stakeholders
- Provide continuous learning and development to entire branch banking team under to region for increase mind share
- Give regular feedback to Central Relationship Banking team for improvement in product and process on a continuous basis
- For all large clients, take joint calls with Branch Managers to convert business and lead from the front
- Position Equitas as a best wealth management platform in front of client
- Collaborate and foster better relationships with internal stakeholders
- Review performance of relationship managers and provide regular feedback
