The Secretarial and Legal Department provide a gamut of legal services in diverse Corporate Laws, it also provides secretarial compliance to Group Companies.
1) Drafting / vetting / negotiating contracts.
2) Handling litigation matters including drafting / preparing plaints / briefs / attending court hearings.
3) Notices and replies.
4) Undertaking legal research and preparing notes.
5) Practical experience and understanding of regulatory environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1) 4 to 6 years of experience (preferably corporate / leading law firm).
2) Substantial experience in the areas of Contract / Litigation.
3) LL.B degree from a recognized and well reputed University.
4) Strong interpretation and drafting skills.
5) Good legal proficiency.
6) Knowledge of Media laws will be an additional advantage.
