AddressKey Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform):
- End to End product management for Affordable Home Loans and Prime home loans & Unsecured Business Loan
- Designing product Policies, Pricing, for Affordable Housing and Prime home loans and Business loans
- P&L management (NIM, Fee income & COA management) for Housing Loan and unsecured business loan
- Oversee business vertical performance adherence in line with organisation budgets hence focussing on growth, cost and income metrics.
- Liaison with Various stakeholder on building the product positioning across distribution channels and
adherence to market and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing Customer retention strategy -primary focus on rate break schemes, retention offers.
- Overseeing Location expansion and Infrastructure set up for PAN India
- Designing and drafting customer acknowledgment letter draft, agreements, collaterals and marketing enablers in line with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Product Portfolio Management with focus on sourcing quality.
- Quarterly Investor presentation reporting for annual report and Management reports
- Building strategy for Product penetration through increasing distribution from various sourcing channels
- Product Promotion, marketing and branding for Affordable Home Loans and Prime home loans
- Managing Builder channel penetration through APF (Approved Project finance) module as well monitoring the distribution performance.
- Oversee Cross-sell and upsell of Bank products to Existing as well New to bank customers.
- Designed customer journey for driving Digital onboarding of the customer for Housing loan and unsecured Business loans.
- Developing commercials for Business Correspondent (BC) channel partner Model for sourcing
- Affordable Housing business and Prime Home loans
- Oversee Inorganic business penetration through Co-lending and direct assignment channel.
- Oversee RBI and NHB compliance reporting pertaining to Housing Loans.
- Accountability Management of observations raised by Internal & external (Regulator audits)
- Business hygiene process implementation (E-KYC/ FinFort/Perfios) for enhancing cost efficiency and simplifying onboarding process.
- Oversee Productivity enhancement strategy the direct selling teams and bank branches for retail assets
