Job Description:
AVP - Finance and Accounts for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
This role is crucial in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation/Review of Financial Statements as per IND AS requirements and getting them audited.
2. Responsible for the annual Budgeting, Tracking actuals vs. budgeted, Variance Analysis, Monthly Projected Financials, Branch Profitability, Functional Costing MIS etc.
3. Preparation/Review of MIS for internal and external stakeholders
4. Assisting in Capital Raise and due diligence process.
5. ECL as per Ind AS norms
6. Enhancement in existing GL systems (Oracle Fusion)
7. Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc.
8. Automation of various sub process
9. Coordinating Leverage Function and ensuring Financial/qualitative covenants compliance of all lenders
10. Preparation/Review and submission of RBI Returns
11. Supervising various Audits
12. Supervising Accounting Payables
Candidate Details
Qualification & Experience
- CA with 8+ years of relevant experience (from a systematically important NBFC) post qualification.
- NBFC / HFC experience is mandatory.
CTC on offer - 25 L to 30 L
